With over 30 years of experience in acquiring, liquidating, and managing single and multifamily real estate, Bobby has generated millions in passive income and built a legacy rooted in long-term wealth creation. Zenya Capital was formed to provide accredited investors with access to diversified portfolios of pre-vetted multifamily syndications in various locations across the United States—without the burden of sourcing, vetting, or managing deals themselves.
We specialize in building Fund of Funds that invest into large-scale, Class A, B, and C value-add multifamily properties—100+ units typically —run by proven, experienced operators. By pooling investor capital into our fund, we create enhanced access to multiple deals, markets, and syndicators —yielding single- and double-digit returns, stable cash flow, and powerful tax advantages with institutional-level oversight.
